MAC Out for Passion is a moderately warm-toned, medium-dark coral with a luminous finish. It is a limited edition lipstick that retails for $20.00 and contains 0.11 oz. MAC Huggable Lipcolour Lipstick, Out For Passion. A comforting, creamy formula in shades that stay luminous for up to six hours. This lasting lipstick with rich, glossy shine boosts collagen, leaving lips looking smooth, supple, sculpted. The unique gel base melts upon contact, allowing each shade to glide on effortlessly with a feather-light moisturizing finish.
I bought into it partly because of the name…I won't lie. It's adorable! 'Huggable' is a fantastic word.
The other reason I purchased one is because of the claims. A moisturizing lipstick with shiny, buildable colour? Sign me up!
One downside to the range – which I think Serato for mac 10.6. is limited edition – is the colour selection. There really isn't a lot going on, and for my skintone personally, I found it tough to choose a shade.
I ended up going with the colour ‘Out for Passion'. It's an intimidating-looking coral-y pink that is really more manageable than it looks. On the lips, it gives me just enough colour to liven things up a bit without the stickiness of a gloss or the fuss of a full-on lipstick.

It is more moisturizing than a regular lipstick – it feels like a balm – but doesn't give me long-term hydration. Then there's the smell – the classic, vanilla-y MAC lipstick smell. There's something so comforting I find about it.
Overall, it's a lovely product, and I'm pleased to have it in my collection. I wouldn't rush out to purchase more, though, simply because I think it's dupable in the drugstore (hello, Revlon Lip Butters) and the colour selection in the range isn't that great. If you're interested in trying one, though, I'd definitely recommend one!

Hylie told us that 'He lived life to the fullest enjoying motocross, jujitsu, car racing, wakeboarding and anything adrenaline!'
And she told us about his prized custom Corvette. 'Mac would often attend coffeeand cars He would bring his corvette to car shows from Martinez to thePeninsula. He enjoyed drag racing.'
Mac grew up in Martinez, in the Forest Hills neighborhood, and graduated from De La Salle High School. Growing up he was very involved in athletics: youth football, lacrosse, baseball, and very competitive in motocross racing from ages 12 to 17. Hylie has a very special memory of a compassionate event, that was so typical of how Mac lived, 'One day driving the boys to football practice we were stuck in traffic waiting to park. Mac said, ‘hang on', jumped out the passenger door and ran across the busy street. I had no idea what was happening and all I could do was watch this 9 year-old boy run up to an elderly lady and grab the bottle of laundry detergent and bag of groceries she was struggling to carry. He carried the items and walked her up the driveway to her garage where he placed the items down and returned to the car. This is how Mac saw the world.'
The 2020 Passion to the Streets Car Show at Alhambra High will be dedicated to Mac and his passion for cars, life, and serving others.
